The Body Project was created to give women the exact training methods I’ve used to help clients build strong, confident, powerful bodies without the guesswork.

I’m lanna, your coach & founder of The Body Project.

When I created The Body Project, it wasn’t just about fitness.
It was about rewriting the story I once believed about myself, that I had to punish my body, shrink it, or hustle endlessly to feel “enough.” Being pregnant with my daughter allowed me to really create something that could finally rewrite that narrative.

I know what it’s like to feel stuck in cycles of quick fixes, comparison, or lack of consistency. I also know how life changing it feels to finally find a rhythm that’s not about restriction, but about building strength, self trust and a body you genuinely feel at home in.

This project is for women who are ready to step into that same shift.
